i made this drawing last spring sometime after my birthday and then into a print in the fall. it (the print) took way too long. the narrative just got all stuck. stuck i say.
it's true. and i think you just pinned what it is i like about the drawing over the print. the print looks a bit more plausible which has the effect of making the narrative less interesting to me.
in the drawing the ship is really far out of the water. i like that
